Our Story
Avair began in 2025 when our founders - entrepreneurs with experience in starting and growing Enterprise software companies - grew frustrated with the complexity and resource requirements of traditional sales approaches and lead-generation campaigns.
We recognize that most sales teams have everything needed to succeed — compelling websites and proven customer stories — but they lack the time, resources, and expertise to transform these assets into effective outreach campaigns.
The problem is everywhere we look:

We believe that the future of work is people AND AI working together to do more and be better, to be more productive and successful with less human effort. As we take our first steps in this journey, we focus on why we're doing this - to be different, innovative and to experiment and enjoy the experience. We're taking it as a challenge to see if we can assign most responsibilities and tasks to AI agents, give them all the background and context with high-level goals, and then see if they can perform key business operations.
This requires a fundamental change in mindset to be AI-first. Whenever any task or function needs to be performed, we ask ourselves if we can create AI agents to do it.
