How do I make the AI Call Agent better and give it more information?

AI Call Agent is created in the Review Messaging step of campaign creation wizard and you must make any changes and improvements to it in this step. Here you can change the gender and name of the agent and this will reflect how the agent introduces itself to the contacts. To train the agent with more information about your product such as features and pricing and anything else, paste that information in the "Company Description" field of the "Company Profile Summary" section. Then Save Changes will update the AI Call Agent and you can test it again and repeat until you are satisfied.

My company sells many different products or services. How do I make different campaigns for specific products?

In AvairAI you can make separate campaigns for the products and services you offer. To do this correctly, there are 3 steps:

  1. In the first "Start New" step provide the website link to your specific product page rather than the main website. This will make the AvairAI Agent focus on that product.
  2. Optionally, in the first "Start New" step add a case study that reflects that specific product to steer the messaging toward it — AvairAI otherwise finds or generates one from the product page you provide.
  3. In the Review Messaging page, ensure that the "Company Profile Summary" section has information in the Company Description and other fields about your company and that specific product.

Test your AI Call Agent for the campaign about its knowledge of the product you are focusing on and, if needed, give it more information about that product features and pricing by pasting that information in the "Company Description" field of the "Company Profile Summary" section.

What if I want to adjust the campaign?

You maintain full control. Pause or modify your campaigns, modify content and manage contacts. You have an option to disable AI calls if you prefer.

Will this replace my sales team?
