Lead generation performance varies significantly by industry, geography, and target market — selling to enterprise SaaS in the US is fundamentally different from selling to mid-market healthcare in EMEA. To make the annual guarantee real across all these contexts, we have a built-in process:

• 6-month checkpoint: AvairAI's customer success team reviews each annual customer's lead-delivery progress.
• Mid-year adjustment: If we're tracking below the guaranteed pace, we automatically increase your monthly campaign run limit and contacts-per-campaign allowance for the remaining months — giving the AI engine more outreach surface area to close the gap.
• Why 12 months: Annual plans are structured as twelve-month commitments specifically so we have the runway to refine targeting and execution, observe results, and adjust before the year ends.

Pair Selling is a partnership. AvairAI runs all the AI-powered outreach, but you need to do your part too. To qualify, all three conditions below must be met:

1. Keep at least one active campaign running (no pauses over 30 days).
2. Complete at least 75% of your Manual Tasks (phone calls to TCPA-restricted contacts and LinkedIn outreach actions).
3. Run at least 75% of the campaign-run capacity available to you over the year — at baseline, that's 27 runs/yr for Professional Annual and 90 runs/yr for Growth Annual.

If we increase your monthly run limit mid-year to help meet the guarantee, the 75% threshold scales with the new total. Tasks or runs that expire without action count against your 75%. The guarantee is a shared commitment.

We compare leads delivered against your guarantee:

• Over-delivery: excess leads are added to your renewal invoice at $100/lead — real revenue opportunities we created beyond our commitment.
• Under-delivery: we extend your subscription at no charge by ceil(shortfall × $100 / monthly price), capped at 6 months.

Worked example: A 10-lead Professional Annual shortfall = $1,000 in lead value ÷ $299/mo = 3.34 → rounds up to 4 free months of Professional Annual service.

The extension is automatic and does not depend on whether you renew. You keep your full plan tier and benefits during the extension months, and we may continue increasing your run limits to help close the gap.

Each campaign includes up to 250 AI-sourced contacts from AvairAI's 105M+ database, plus any contacts you upload, up to 500 total per campaign. Total monthly contact reach scales with how many campaigns you can run:

• Starter (1 run/mo): up to 500 contacts/month
• Professional (3 runs/mo): up to 1,500 contacts/month
• Growth (10 runs/mo): up to 5,000 contacts/month

Yes. The rules vary by direction:

• Upgrades (e.g., Pro → Growth, or Monthly → Annual): take effect immediately. Your new plan starts today, you're charged the full new plan price, and unused credits from your current plan won't carry over (we'll ask you to use them before confirming).
• Downgrades (e.g., Growth → Pro): take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• Annual → Monthly billing: not available in-app — annual is a 12-month commitment. Email support@avair.ai if you need to make this change.
• Monthly → Annual: switch any time to unlock the lead guarantee.
