In AvairAI you can generate your full campaign using AI agents in 10 minutes or less and the campaign can be started to execute at that time. Even the 10 minutes is the time it may take for you to review the messaging, target accounts, titles, content and contacts. You can edit this AI generated campaign during the review process. Simply sign up for a free account, provide your website URL, and our AI will generate your first campaign. Then to start running the campaign you can go to "Campaigns" and test your AI call agent before starting the campaign. This allows your AI agents to start the 12-touch outreach sequence across email, phone calls, and LinkedIn. You can track all this in the Dashboard. What information do I need to have ready to get started?
Just your company website URL — that is all you need. AvairAI automatically finds your best customer stories from your site (and generates one if none is found), and you can optionally paste or upload your own case study to steer a campaign toward a specific product or use case. That's it—our AI handles the rest.
How long is the free trial?
AvairAI offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During your trial you can create up to 2 campaigns, see AI-generated target accounts, contacts (masked for privacy), messaging and content, and launch a campaign with your own email mailbox. If you launch a campaign during your trial, the trial automatically extends until the campaign completes so you experience real results before committing.

I have the first meeting with the lead tomorrow, how do I prepare?
There are 3 steps to a B2B sales meeting - Prepare before, Qualify during and Follow-up after.
Prepare:

How does AvairAI handle phone calls?
AvairAI completes call touches primarily through Manual Tasks: when a call is due, your rep gets the contact, their number, and a personalized, AI-written call script in the dashboard — they make the call and log the outcome in one click. AvairAI also creates an AI Call Agent for each campaign, trained on your website. How do I make the AI Call Agent better and give it more information?
AI Call Agent is created in the Review Messaging step of campaign creation wizard and you must make any changes and improvements to it in this step. Here you can change the gender, accent and name of the agent and this will reflect how the agent introduces itself to the contacts. To train the agent with more information about your product such as features and pricing and anything else, paste that information in the "Improve Your AI Call Agent" field. Then Save Changes will update the AI Call Agent and you can test it again and repeat until you are satisfied.
My company sells many different products or services. How do I make different campaigns for specific products?
In AvairAI you can make separate campaigns for the products and services you offer. To do this correctly, there are 3 steps:
- In the first "Start New" step provide the website link to your specific product page rather than the main website. This will make the AvairAI Agent focus on that product.
- Optionally, in the first "Start New" step add a case study that reflects that specific product to steer the messaging toward it — AvairAI otherwise finds or generates one from the product page you provide.
- In the Review Messaging page, ensure that the "Company Profile Summary" section has information in the Company Description and other fields about your company and that specific product.
Test your AI Call Agent for the campaign about its knowledge of the product you are focusing on and, if needed, give it more information about that product features and pricing by pasting that information in the "Company Description" field of the "Company Profile Summary" section.
Do prospects know they're talking to AI?
Yes, AI call agents will always disclose that they are AI-agent calling on behalf of your company. However, our conversational AI is incredibly natural and it focuses prospects on the value of your product and learnings from your case study.
How does outreach happen and how many touches per contact?
AvairAI uses learnings from proven account-based marketing (ABM) best practices. It uses a fixed 12-touch email, call, and LinkedIn sequence (6 emails + 4 calls + 2 LinkedIn) executed over a 3-week period.
Does a 12-touch multi-channel sequence really improve response rates?
Yes, significantly. Email Warmup & Deliverability
Why am I seeing emails from addresses like sarahmiller.avair@gmail.com in my inbox?
Those are warmup emails — not real prospect replies. When you connected your mailbox, AvairAI started automatically warming it up to build sender reputation with Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo. The warmup process exchanges a small number of emails per day between your mailbox and our verified Warmup Pool. Pool participants use addresses in the format firstname.avair@gmail.com (or similar) so they're recognizable.
We auto-route these to your AvairAI/warmup-r folder, but the first few may briefly appear in your main inbox while mail-server filters take effect. They look legitimate by design — that's how warmup builds reputation. You can safely ignore them; they will never reach your real prospects.
What is email warmup, and why does AvairAI run it on my mailbox?
Email warmup is an automated process that gradually builds your mailbox's sender reputation with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other major providers. Without warmup, emails from new or dormant mailboxes are far more likely to land in spam — regardless of how good your messaging is.
AvairAI runs warmup automatically the moment you connect a mailbox. It sends a small number of emails per day to our verified Warmup Pool, which opens, reads, replies to, and rescues-from-spam those messages — simulating natural human engagement that proves to mail providers you're a legitimate sender. The result: your real campaign emails land in inbox instead of spam.
How long does warmup last?
New mailboxes typically take 14–30 days to reach full sender reputation. After that initial ramp, a small ~10 emails/day continues indefinitely — this maintenance volume protects your reputation from sudden drops as you scale your campaigns. Mailboxes that complete the initial ramp but stop warming entirely tend to see deliverability degrade within a few weeks of high-volume sending.
Will warmup emails ever reach my real prospects or contacts?
No. Warmup emails are exchanged exclusively between your mailbox and AvairAI's verified Warmup Pool participants. They never go to your real prospects, contacts, or anyone in your campaigns. The two systems run on completely separate routing — there's no overlap.
Can I disable warmup?
You can pause warmup from the Mailbox settings page, but we strongly recommend keeping it on. Mailboxes without active warmup typically see deliverability degrade within a few weeks of high-volume campaign sending — your opens drop, replies dry up, and campaigns underperform. Warmup is the single biggest deliverability lift in cold outreach. Keep it running.
Pricing & Plans
Why does AvairAI offer a lead guarantee on annual plans?
Most software tools charge a subscription fee whether you get value or not. We think that's wrong. AvairAI's outcomes-based pricing aligns our success with yours: annual Professional plans guarantee 36 MQLs per year and annual Growth plans guarantee 120. If we fall short, we extend your subscription free of charge by months equivalent to the shortfall value (capped at 6 months). When we exceed, you pay $100/lead added to next year's renewal — real revenue opportunities we created beyond our commitment. We only truly make money when you generate leads, and we back that with a guarantee.
How does AvairAI ensure it meets its annual leads guarantee?
Lead generation performance varies significantly by industry, geography, and target market — selling to enterprise SaaS in the US is fundamentally different from selling to mid-market healthcare in EMEA. To make the annual guarantee real across all of these contexts, AvairAI's customer success team reviews each annual customer's lead-delivery progress at the six-month mark. If we're tracking below the guaranteed pace, we automatically increase the customer's monthly campaign run limit and contacts-per-campaign allowance for the remaining months — giving the AI engine more outreach surface area to close the gap. This mid-year adjustment is exactly why annual plans are structured as twelve-month commitments: it gives us the runway to refine targeting and execution, observe results, and adjust before the year ends.
What is a lead and how does the guarantee work?
A lead (Marketing Qualified Lead, or MQL) is a prospect who has expressed genuine interest — they replied to one of your AI-sent emails expressing interest or requesting a meeting, engaged with your AI call agent and expressed genuine interest, or interacted with your inbound website agent and agreed to a follow-up. Simple auto-replies, out-of-office messages, voicemails, and disinterested replies do not count. AvairAI's AI automatically classifies every response.
At the end of your annual period, we compare leads delivered against your guarantee. If we exceeded: the surplus is added to your next renewal at $100/lead. If we fell short: we extend your subscription free of charge by ceil(shortfall × $100 / monthly price), capped at 6 months — for example, a 10-lead Professional shortfall ($1,000 in lead value) gets you 4 free months of Professional Annual service. The extension is automatic and does not depend on whether you renew.
Do I need to do anything for the guarantee to apply?
Pair Selling is a partnership — AvairAI runs all the AI-powered outreach, but you need to do your part too. To qualify for the guarantee, you must:
- Keep at least one active campaign running throughout the year (no pauses longer than 30 days).
- Complete at least 75% of the Manual Tasks assigned to you in AvairAI. Manual Tasks are calls to contacts that AI legally cannot call under TCPA rules, and LinkedIn outreach actions. If you let manual tasks expire without acting on them, those count against your 75% requirement.
- Run (not merely create) at least 75% of the campaign-run capacity available to you over the year. At baseline plan limits that's 27 campaign runs/yr for Professional Annual and 90 campaign runs/yr for Growth Annual. If we increase your monthly run limit mid-year to help meet the guarantee, the 75% threshold scales with the new total.
The guarantee is a shared commitment — we do the AI work, you do the human follow-up. All three obligations above must be satisfied to qualify; falling below 75% on either Manual Tasks or Campaign Runs forfeits the under-delivery extension.
What if I pause my campaigns during the annual period?
We understand campaigns sometimes need to pause. However, if all campaigns are paused for more than 30 consecutive days, that period may not count toward your guarantee calculation. The guarantee assumes AvairAI is actively running outreach throughout the year — if campaigns aren't running, leads can't be generated.
How do I track my progress toward the annual guarantee?
In your Account page under Billing & Subscription, you'll find a Lead Performance section showing leads generated in the last 90 days, year-to-date, and your current count toward the annual guarantee. You always know exactly where you stand.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly and annual plans have the same monthly cost. The reason to choose annual is the lead guarantee: Professional Annual guarantees 36 leads per year; Growth Annual guarantees 120. Annual plans are billed upfront as a lump sum. Monthly plans have no minimum commitment and can be cancelled any time — but do not include a lead guarantee.
Can I create campaigns with a free trial?
Yes! During your 14-day free trial you can create up to 2 campaigns and experience the full power of AvairAI's AI generation — target accounts with Trigger Signal matching, personas, email templates, call scripts, and a contact list. Trial contacts are masked for privacy (partial names, emails, and phones shown).
You can share campaigns with teammates or stakeholders, run them using your own email mailbox, and see real results. Paid plans unlock full contact details, campaign downloads (PDF + CSV bundle), and higher campaign limits. Try it now.
How do contacts work and what is the monthly contact allocation?
Each campaign includes up to 250 AI-sourced contacts from AvairAI's 105M+ professional database, plus any contacts you upload — up to 500 total per campaign. On Starter (1 run/month), that's 500 contacts outreached per month. On Professional (3 runs/month), up to 1,500. On Growth (10 runs/month), up to 5,000 per month. AvairAI does not sell contacts. For additional prospects, source from ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, etc.
Can I bring my own contact list?
Yes! All paid plans — Starter, Professional, and Growth — allow you to upload your own contact lists up to the 500-contact campaign limit. AvairAI does not sell contacts. If you need additional contacts, purchase from sources such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Clay. AvairAI AI Agents will include your contacts in outreach campaigns.
What happens if I need more campaigns than my plan allows?
On any paid plan you can purchase add-ons: +$40/month to create 3 more campaigns, +$100/month to run 1 more campaign per month. Add-ons are available on all plans and can be stacked.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months with no mid-year refunds.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can also arrange for invoicing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — your new plan starts today, you're charged the full new plan price, and unused credits from your current plan won't carry over (we'll ask you to use them before confirming). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions can't be switched to monthly billing in-app — please email support@avair.ai for that. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time to unlock the lead guarantee.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. All paying customers have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

What tools does AvairAI replace for me?
AvairAI usually complements other tools and technologies that you may already have. Since AvairAI is a lead-generation outreach application, it would reduce your need for similar tools such as Salesloft, Outreach etc. AvairAI does not do nurturing campaigns so any tools you use for that would still be needed. Similarly, AvairAI is not a CRM tool and so if you have Salesforce or Hubspot or any other CRM tool, we recommend you continue using that.
Does AvairAI replace list-builder tools like Zoominfo, Apollo, Clearbit or Clay?
Although AvairAI has its own 105M strong database of professional contacts that it uses to generate contact lists for its campaigns, AvairAI is not a contact-list tool such as Zoominfo or Apollo or Clearbit. AvairAI does not sell contact lists. We recommend you use list-builder tools like Zoominfo, Apollo, Clearbit or Clay to generate additional contacts to augment the contact list generated by AvairAI. A key feature of AvairAI is that users can upload their own contacts to AvairAI campaigns and we have found that this approach is highly effective and strongly recommended for best results.
Does AvairAI replace CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot?
AvairAI is not a CRM tool and so if you have Salesforce or Hubspot or any other CRM tool, we recommend you continue using that. Actually a CRM tool is a good complement to AvairAI because when AvairAI generates leads for your company, you want to ensure those leads are treasured like gold and they are followed-up with diligence. Tracking those leads from AvairAI in a CRM tool is a recommended and necessary approach.
Does AvairAI replace outreach tools like Salesloft or Outreach?
As AvairAI is a lead-generation outreach platform, its functionality overlaps with Salesloft or Outreach and so AvairAI reduces their need and utility. Many AvairAI customers have success in using AvairAI for running very precise micro-campaigns while also separately running in parallel traditional, spray-and-pray style campaigns in Salesloft or Outreach. We believe the new way with AvairAI is better and more effective.
Does AvairAI integrate with my CRM?
