1. Overview
We use subprocessors to provide key infrastructure and functionality such as telephony, voice AI, analytics, and service operations. Where we add or replace subprocessors, we will update this page.
2. Subprocessors List
Below is our current list of subprocessors. Availability and usage may vary by feature.

3. Data Sources Disclosure
Separate from subprocessors (who process data on our behalf), AvairAI licenses professional contact information used to populate the Prospect Database from certain data sources/partners. Our current licensed data source includes:
- Surmountify — provides professional contact and company profile data under license for use within the AvairAI Services.
4. Updates to this List
We may update this Subprocessors page from time to time. If we add a new subprocessor or materially change how we use an existing subprocessor in a way that increases the scope of processing, we will provide notice by updating this page and, where required, by notifying Customers through the Services or email.
