Works with Apollo
AvairAI + Apollo
AvairAI does not have a native Apollo integration, and most teams never need one. AvairAI runs the whole campaign itself: it finds the right accounts, supplies verified contacts from its own database of 105M+ contacts, writes every message, and executes across email, calls, and LinkedIn. Because the targeting, contacts, and messaging are built for you, there is usually nothing to wire into Apollo. If you already work in Apollo, you can move data with a CSV bridge instead of a live sync: export your AvairAI campaign as a PDF and CSV bundle and import the CSV into Apollo, or export your Apollo contacts and upload them into an AvairAI campaign. Uploads are allowed on every paid plan, up to 500 contacts per campaign. Either way, this is a manual CSV bridge, not a native two-way sync.
Why most teams skip the Apollo step
AvairAI is built to replace the manual list-building and outreach work you would otherwise do in Apollo. Give it your website and it builds a campaign in about 10 minutes: it picks the accounts, pulls verified contacts from its own 105M+ contact database, writes a pre-built 12-touch campaign, sends the emails, and hands your reps ready-to-run call and LinkedIn tasks. Your reps book and close, and AvairAI delivers the interested leads (MQLs). Because the contacts and messaging come from AvairAI, there is no list to pull from Apollo first, so most teams run AvairAI on its own.
If you want a live two-way sync, it lives in AvairAI's native CRM integrations, not in Apollo. AvairAI connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive over OAuth in under 60 seconds, imports contacts, maps fields with AI, and syncs engagement back: opens, clicks, replies, and call outcomes. Clay connects through the Clay Partner API. Apollo is not one of these native connectors, so any Apollo data moves by CSV. For a feature-by-feature breakdown, see the AvairAI vs Apollo comparison.
How the CSV bridge works
The bridge is a manual CSV handoff in either direction, not an automatic connection. To move AvairAI data into Apollo, export your campaign as a PDF and CSV bundle, then import the CSV file into Apollo. The PDF gives you a readable summary of the accounts, contacts, and messaging, and the CSV is the file Apollo imports.
To go the other way, export your contacts from Apollo as a CSV and upload that file into an AvairAI campaign. Uploads are available on all paid plans, up to 500 contacts per campaign, so Apollo can act as a contact source while AvairAI verifies the contacts, writes the messaging, and runs the outreach. AvairAI also has its own 105M+ verified contacts, so you do not need Apollo to source a list. There is no scheduled sync to set up, so you re-export whenever you want the data to match.
Frequently asked questions
Does AvairAI have a native Apollo integration?
No. AvairAI does not have a native Apollo integration or a live two-way sync with Apollo. You can still move data between the two with a manual CSV bridge: export an AvairAI campaign as a PDF and CSV bundle and import the CSV into Apollo, or export your Apollo contacts and upload the CSV into an AvairAI campaign. AvairAI's native two-way CRM integrations are HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive, with Clay through the Clay Partner API.
Can I upload my Apollo contacts into AvairAI?
Yes. Export your contacts from Apollo as a CSV and upload that file into an AvairAI campaign. Uploads are available on all paid plans, up to 500 contacts per campaign. AvairAI also has its own database of 105M+ verified contacts, so you do not need Apollo to source a list. Once contacts are in a campaign, AvairAI verifies them, writes the messaging, and runs the outreach.
Do I even need Apollo if I use AvairAI?
Usually not. AvairAI runs the entire campaign itself, from targeting and verified contacts to messaging and multi-channel execution, so most teams do not wire it into Apollo at all. AvairAI starts from your website, builds a pre-built 12-touch campaign in about 10 minutes, and includes a 14-day trial with no credit card. If you already rely on Apollo as a contact database, the CSV bridge lets you keep using it alongside AvairAI.
